Objectives
The SUST-RUS Project involves 8 partners who will need to co-operate closely together. Working methods thus need to be harmonized and integrated and in this respect, Project Management will be a critical success factor. This part of the work has been integrated into a specific work-package. The project co-ordination is carried out by CEFIR.

Task 0.1 Management/meetings with the Commission
Regular meetings with the Commission on the project progress

Task 0.2 Organisation of project’s management structure
Management structure in the project includes management board, preparatory committee, steering committee, coordination committee and the consortium advisory board.

Task 0.3 Operational management
The day-to-day operational management, including co-ordination at consortium level of the technical activities of the project; the overall legal, contractual, ethical, financial and administrative management of the consortium; preparation and update of the consortium agreement between the participants; co-ordination at consortium level of knowledge management and other innovation-related activities; overseeing the promotion of gender equality in the project. Communication with the Advisory Board will be managed through the Steering Committee.

Task 0.4 Compilation of progress reports
A progress report on each WP (hours, results and forecast) will be presented as separate sections in an overall progress report to be sent to the Commission. This report will be written by the respective WP leaders. In addition, CEFIR will write a commentary highlighting the general progress of the project and the interfaces between WPs.
